Hiring Process

Helping you to understand where you are during the hiring process is very important to us. The below chart is an overview highlighting the basic steps of the process.
1. APPLY
We encourage you to search for jobs online by clicking on one of the portals to the right. Search jobs that are either “Corporate Jobs” or “Club Jobs”. If you find a job that suits your current experience level, please proceed to apply for the position. You will then receive an automated email response. Well qualified candidates may also be contacted by a BJ’s recruiter over the phone.
2. INTERVIEW
Should your experience and potential be well suited for the role, we welcome inviting you to interview via phone and/or in person.
3. OFFER
Based on our findings during the interview process we may extend an offer to you.
4. BACKGROUND SCREENING/TESTING
As a precautionary measure to protect our current employees and club members, we may ask you to complete drug testing and a background screening.
5. ONBOARDING
Now that you’re a Team Member, we will do our best to get you acclimated to our unique culture. Your training and assimilation process will be dependent on the Department that you become a part of.
